在無(wú)任何原理圖狀況下要對(duì)一塊比較陌生的電路板進(jìn)行維修,以往的所謂“經(jīng)驗(yàn)”就難有作為,盡管硬件功底深厚的人對(duì)維修充滿信心,但如果方法不當(dāng),工作起來照樣事倍功半。那么,怎樣做才能提高維修效呢?根據(jù)我公司進(jìn)口設(shè)備維修中心統(tǒng)計(jì)出來的資料,應(yīng)遵循以下幾個(gè)步驟、按順序有條不紊的進(jìn)行。
方法一:先看后量
使用工具:萬(wàn)用表、放大鏡
當(dāng)手拿一塊待修的電路板,良好的習(xí)慣首先是應(yīng)對(duì)其進(jìn)行目測(cè),必要時(shí)還要借助放大鏡,看什么呢?
主要看:
1、是否有斷線;
2、分力元件如電阻、電解電容、電感、二極管、三極管等時(shí)候存在斷開現(xiàn)象;
3、電路板上的印制板連接線是否存在斷裂、粘連等;
4、是否有人修過?動(dòng)過哪些元器件?是否存在虛焊、漏焊、插反等操作方面的失誤;
在確定了被修無(wú)上述狀況后,首先用萬(wàn)用表測(cè)量電路板電源和地之間的阻值,通常電路板的阻值都在70-80?以上,若阻值太小,才幾個(gè)或十幾個(gè)歐姆,說明電路板上有元器件被擊穿或部分擊穿,就必須采取措施將被擊穿的元器件找出來。具體辦法是給被修板供電,用手去摸電路板上各器件的
溫度,燙手的講師重點(diǎn)懷疑對(duì)象。若阻值正常,用萬(wàn)用表測(cè)量板上的阻、二極管、三極管、場(chǎng)效應(yīng)管、撥段開關(guān)等分力元件,其目的就是首先要確保測(cè)量過的元件是正常的,我們的理由是,能用萬(wàn)用表解決的問題,就不要把它復(fù)雜化。
碳達(dá)峰、碳中和”是中國(guó)發(fā)展的重大戰(zhàn)略決策,而工業(yè)園區(qū)在其中扮演著極為重要的落地角色。此次白皮書的發(fā)布,可以為中國(guó)園區(qū)在綠色低碳發(fā)展方面提供可參照的衡量指標(biāo)和寶貴經(jīng)驗(yàn)。未來,我們期待能有更多的園區(qū)參與到綠色低碳發(fā)展中來。該白皮書將持續(xù)更新,根據(jù)更多園區(qū)綠色低碳發(fā)展的狀態(tài)和進(jìn)步來完善評(píng)估體系,繼續(xù)識(shí)別和鼓勵(lì)在此方面有突出成就的園區(qū),共同助力中國(guó)實(shí)現(xiàn)‘雙碳’目標(biāo)。

在全球應(yīng)對(duì)氣候危機(jī)的背景下,園區(qū)作為中國(guó)產(chǎn)業(yè)和經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要承載形式,在提供了大量基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施和公共服務(wù)的同時(shí),也是主要的碳排放源頭之一。因此,科學(xué)評(píng)估園區(qū)的低碳發(fā)展水平成為了“雙碳”戰(zhàn)略下一個(gè)重要話題。此次發(fā)布的白皮書建立并使用了中國(guó)園區(qū)低碳發(fā)展進(jìn)程評(píng)估框架(PDI),從表現(xiàn)力、發(fā)展力和影響力三大緯度對(duì)32家園區(qū)的低碳發(fā)展進(jìn)程和成效進(jìn)行了全方位的調(diào)研和評(píng)估。通過調(diào)研可以發(fā)現(xiàn),園區(qū)在低碳發(fā)展上普遍面臨難以精準(zhǔn)科學(xué)降碳、驅(qū)動(dòng)力不足、缺乏整體政策和創(chuàng)新抓手、對(duì)綠色金融創(chuàng)新工具的應(yīng)用缺乏等挑戰(zhàn)。
