智慧工業(yè)物聯(lián)芯片解決方案的者,同時(shí)也是聚焦研發(fā)基于RISC-V開源指令集架構(gòu)SoC芯片產(chǎn)品的高科技公司躍昉科技于8月16日在深圳舉辦“躍昉智慧物聯(lián)芯,助力雙碳新基建”新品發(fā)布會(huì)暨媒體溝通會(huì),并于會(huì)上重磅發(fā)布全球定位高端工業(yè)級(jí)應(yīng)用的可量產(chǎn)12nm RISC-V SoC芯片NB2及其配套板卡產(chǎn)品,預(yù)計(jì)Q4量產(chǎn)。四核1.8G的CPU,算力超過32000 DMIPS,850MHz 的GPU,1.4GHz NPU,支持Linux+ RTOS + OpenAMP異構(gòu)OS運(yùn)行環(huán)境,這款64位邊緣智能處理器NB2用一系列指標(biāo)將性能拉滿,真正打開中國(guó)工業(yè)高端芯片自主化格局。 據(jù)悉,定位高端工業(yè)應(yīng)用的NB2嚴(yán)格遵循工業(yè)級(jí)芯片品質(zhì)和測(cè)試標(biāo)準(zhǔn),例如在-55℃~125℃的溫度循環(huán)測(cè)試中進(jìn)行了超過1000小時(shí)的測(cè)試;而12nm先進(jìn)制程帶來的工藝優(yōu)勢(shì),使它在同等性能條件下比28nm工藝能耗降低56%,極大滿足了當(dāng)前雙碳背景下的低功耗需求。同時(shí),為了滿足更高性能的應(yīng)用,NB2中還加入Vision DSP用于獨(dú)立CV處理,一方面卸載了CPU的算力,進(jìn)而優(yōu)化功耗;另一方面,VDSP與NPU的深度協(xié)同也將進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化視覺智能處理。
