膠點轉(zhuǎn)移：生產(chǎn)出的產(chǎn)品防水又透氣，有一種膜，即防水又透氣。

組成部分：該機械是由放卷、上膠、烘箱、電加熱復合、切邊、遠紅外線、自動對邊、牽引、收卷。

用途：用于紡織品、無紡制品、針織面料、呢料、紡織面料等。

特性：采用膠點轉(zhuǎn)移技術(shù)，將膠水均勻地轉(zhuǎn)移到里布上，或薄膜上，然后與面布進行復合，復合的面料具有防水透濕功能。

直徑是1.5米復合輥筒，加熱管30支，每支15kw，共45kw，同樣的輥筒長度1.8-2.6米之間，電熱管數(shù)量功率都不變。

復合滾筒壁厚1.2毫米，表面涂上美國度邦公司的特氟龍，特氟龍保護復合布料，同時防止膠水，需要到上面輕輕一擦就干凈，輥筒上配有4根橡膠輥、氣缸調(diào)節(jié)，自動分離。
