覆膜電極<\/span><\/span><\/div>原理<\/span><\/span><\/div>工作電極為金電極、對電極為銀/氯化銀電極,工作電極和對電極<\/span><\/span><\/div>浸沒在電解液腔中,電解液腔通過多孔親水膜與待測溶液接觸,工作<\/span><\/span><\/div>電極與對電極之間加偏置電壓。余氯/二氧化氯通過多孔親水膜擴散<\/span><\/span><\/div>進入電解液腔,立即在工作電極表面被還原形成電流,該電流大小取<\/span><\/span><\/div>決余氯/二氧化氯擴散進入電解液腔的速度,而擴散速度與溶液中余<\/span><\/span><\/div>氯/二氧化氯濃度成正比,測量電流大小可以確定溶液中余氯/二氧化<\/span><\/span><\/div>氯濃度。<\/span><\/span><\/div>特點<\/span><\/span><\/div>不需要試劑,響應速度快。在含表面活性劑的場合使用時會有漂<\/span><\/span><\/div>移,在污水環(huán)境中膜孔容易堵塞,需要定期清洗更換隔膜和電解液。<\/span><\/span><\/div>待測液體在pH5-8 且無表面活性劑存在時,測量數據相關性好。<\/span><\/span><\/div>無膜電極<\/span><\/span><\/div>原理<\/span><\/span><\/div>余氯/二氧化氯為強氧化劑,其氧化還原電位與溶液中余氯/二氧化<\/span><\/span><\/div>氯含量成指數關系,檢測其氧化還原電位并結合溶液pH 值可以確定<\/span><\/span><\/div>余氯/二氧化氯含量。<\/span><\/span><\/div>特點<\/span><\/span><\/div>無膜,不受表面活性劑影響,抗污能力強,不需頻繁更換電解液。<\/span><\/span><\/div>可與市面上其他覆膜電極相互替換但不能和市面上其他無膜電極相<\/span><\/span><\/div>互替換。待測液體在pH5-8
