The control quality of the hydraulic regulating system is not high, for example, the thermoelectricity load regulation produces coupling, the self-adjustment is not enough, the regulation system is only proportional regulation, the regulation accuracy is not high, the overregulation quantity is large, the regulation time is too long, the high and low pressure oil motors are not synchronized, and once the regulation parameters are adjusted in the factory, it is difficult to change the scene, which is especially outstanding in the extraction steam turbine, it is difficult for users to operate and use. Due to the fact that the full hydraulic regulating unit can only realize proportional regulation, and the regulating range of synchronizer is limited generally 96%-106% , the regulation parameters of 9MPa inlet steam parameters in 50MW high pressure unit can not meet the operation requirements under rated initial and final parameters, such as unsatisfied load or unsatisfied load. Compared with the traditional hydraulic control system, the digital electro-hydraulic control system uses the digital computer technology as the foundation to realize the loop variable adjustment and the system static self-adjustment, etc. , the Control Law and parameters such as decoupling coefficient are realized by software with high accuracy and can realize complete static self-adjustment. The static and dynamic performance of the system is greatly improved by adopting proportional integral and differential PID regulator, the overshoot of the system is decreased, the stability is enhanced, and the process time is shortened. The control system of DEH-NTK steam turbine consists of computer control part and EH hydraulic actuator. Deh-ntk control system includes data acquisition DAS, digital electro-hydraulic Control System Deh, turbine trip protection system ETS and turbine safety test system TSI. The DEH-NTK control system is equipped with a perfect system boot, after the operator is on the power station, the system can start up normally to the control screen without the operator's intervention, because all the hot keys of the system are shielded reliably, therefore, no attempt should be made to exit the system.
