The medium-open pump is mainly composed of pump body, pump cover, sealing ring and rotor parts. Rotor parts are mainly composed of shafts and impeller mounted on the shaft, impeller retaining sleeve.
本系列泵是單級、雙吸、水平中開式離心泵，適用于汲送清水和無腐蝕性的液體。介質溫度80℃。軸承體通人冷卻水后，可輸送130℃以下的熱水。改變密封環(huán)、軸套和葉輪的材質，可以輸送含有泥沙的渾水。改變承壓零件的材質，可以提高泵的進口壓力.泵的軸封一般采用軟填料密封，如有特殊要求，也可改裝機械密封。從電機方向看泵，泵為逆時針旋轉，按用戶要求，也可改為順時針旋轉。jdhuiquan4.13

方便現(xiàn)場安裝。(1)結構上縮短轉子部件軸向尺寸，軸的鋼性更好，運行更穩(wěn)定可靠。設有泵體字符封環(huán)，而葉輪密封環(huán)為可選用件。密封環(huán)磨損后可以更換，減少了運行維護費用。S系列中開泵裝配與拆卸1，裝配轉子部件：依次將葉輪，軸套，軸套螺母，填料套，填料環(huán)，填料壓蓋，擋水圈，軸承部件裝在泵軸上，并套上雙吸密封環(huán)，然后裝上聯(lián)軸器。將轉子部件裝在泵體上，調整葉輪的軸向位暈到兩側雙吸密封環(huán)的中間加以固定，將軸承體壓蓋同固定螺釘緊固。裝上填料，放好中開面紙墊，蓋上泵蓋打緊螺尾柱銷后，擰緊泵蓋螺母，zui后裝上墳料壓蓋。但不要將填料壓得太緊，填料過緊會使軸套發(fā)熱，耗費功率較大，也不要壓得太松，過松會使液體滲漏大，水泵效率降低。
根據(jù)水泵行業(yè)規(guī)定，Sh型與S型兩大系列中開泵并存，直至統(tǒng)一設計出新型泵代替這兩個系列時為止。本產(chǎn)品主要用于工廠、礦山、城市、電站給水農(nóng)用排澇灌溉、各種水利工程用泵和采暖空調系統(tǒng)等場合
