, is a kind of insulation materials which spread a
special kind of change-quality insulating epoxy resin on the
electrical-grade polyester film and the shape of resin coat like
diamond pattern.it is widely used in the gas or oil insulation
system as layers insulation main in dry transformer,oil transformer
and instrument transformer.during the dry process , coated special
epoxy resin achieve certain temperature, it become melted and bring
about bonding function between polyester film and coil. with the
temperature rising to solidify, it causes the transformer
winding’s each close layer to be near reliably and adhesive
winding unit. the epoxy resin bonding temperature sufficiently
prevents moving position of the winding each layer when
short-circuit occurs.thus, it guarantees the insulation structure
long-term machinery and physical performance.owing to epoxy coating
of diamond pattern resin coated polyester film is not comprehensive
with each non-coated spaces,the uncoated spaces has advantage to
let insulating materials lay’s air discharge with the liquid(transformer oil) or
gas (f6s) of insulation material plunge. by the same
producting produce method,diamond
epoxy paper(d.d.p) can be made.
