DGC型磁力驅(qū)動多級離心泵 結(jié)構(gòu)說明 Description of structure 1．臥式徑向剖分，外殼為筒袋形結(jié)構(gòu)，內(nèi)殼為節(jié)段式結(jié)構(gòu)。 1. Horizontal radial split, the outer volute in cylindrical bag structure, and inner volute in section structure. 2．大功率磁力驅(qū)動、全密封、無泄漏，*。 2. High power magnetic driving, fully enclosed,no leakage and no contamination. 3．雙層殼體保護(hù)，較好地解決了泵在高溫工況下的熱沖擊和高壓時的翹曲變形，*安全無泄漏。 3.Double layer volute protection, well solving the problem of buckling deformation of pump under heat impact and high pressure, and ensuring absolute safety and freedom of leakage. 4．根據(jù)介質(zhì)溫度選用底腳支承（基本型）和中心支承（高溫型）。 4.Foot support (basic type) and central support (high temperature type) can be selected according to medium temperature. 5．軸向力由平衡鼓、平衡盤、滑動止推軸承和磁傳動器藕合力協(xié)調(diào)平衡。 5. The axial load is coordinated and balanced by the balance drum, balance disc, sliding thrust bearing and magnetic drive coupling force. 6．泵的入口可水平、垂直或側(cè)向任意角度布置，泵的出口可垂直或側(cè)向任意角度布置。 6.The pump inlet can be arranged horizontally, vertically or at any angle on lateral side, and the pump discharge can be arranged vertically or at any angle on lateral side. 7．可選用與電機(jī)直連或帶膜片聯(lián)軸器兩種結(jié)構(gòu)。
