設(shè)備特點: 1、 均一的水流交換方式,溫度均一,無死角 殺菌槽內(nèi)的循環(huán)水呈上、下、左、右不斷的切換,使罐內(nèi)液流均一流動,保證了殺菌槽內(nèi)從升溫、保溫到降溫,任意點的熱分布均一,所以置于托盤內(nèi)不同位置的包裝食品得到了最理想的均一加熱效果,有效杜絕了殺菌過程中出現(xiàn)的死角現(xiàn)象。使產(chǎn)品的保質(zhì)期更加穩(wěn)定和長久,保證了溫度分布和熱量傳遞的均一性,減少了F值變化及蒸煮過度等現(xiàn)象的發(fā)生。 2、 高溫短時間滅菌 本機是采用雙罐熱水循環(huán)進行殺菌,熱水槽事先將熱水加熱到滅菌要求溫度(多階段滅菌除外),從而縮短了滅菌時間,提高工作效率。 3、 殺菌精度高 本機是采用國際先進技術(shù),利用熱水循環(huán)、浸泡式殺菌,在殺菌過程中,對溫度、壓力、殺菌時間、進水、進氣、排水、排氣等全過程進行智能自動化控制,溫度準確(±0.5℃)。 4、 節(jié)約能源 本機殺菌過程中用的工作介質(zhì)可循環(huán)使用,節(jié)省了能源、時間及人力、物力的消耗,降低了生產(chǎn)成本。 5、 全自動控制系統(tǒng) A、利用屏幕進行觸摸控制,而不是開關(guān)。 B、采用圖表平板,不是刻度表。 C、所有時段均由模擬感應(yīng)器和自動閥控制。 D、可以從單一殺菌工藝切換成多階段殺菌工藝。 E、壓力和溫度呈數(shù)字化顯示。 F、所有的過程都被記錄在磁盤上,并可通過打印機打印。 本機整個滅菌工藝流程全部由電腦PLC控制,一次性完成,無需人工操作。 6、 殺菌釜采用模擬溫度控制系統(tǒng),可設(shè)定多階段加熱機制 根據(jù)不同食品對滅菌條件的要求,隨時設(shè)定不同的升溫和冷卻程序,可利用多階段加熱的殺菌方式,使食品承受的熱量限制到最小限量,以盡可能完美地保存其風味、口感和色澤,使每一種食品均可在最佳狀態(tài)下進行調(diào)理滅菌。精確的殺菌溫度(±0.5℃)可以避免因高溫高壓加工法而產(chǎn)生的蒸煮異味。 7、 測量F值的功能 中泰生產(chǎn)的每臺殺菌釜上均可配置F值測量儀,該測量儀具備測量值的功能,F值軟件每隔3秒進行一次F值計算。所有滅菌數(shù)據(jù),包括滅菌條件、F值、時間-溫度曲線、時間-壓力曲線等均可通過數(shù)據(jù)處理軟件處理后予以保存或打印,以便于生產(chǎn)管理。 8、 存儲殺菌公式 電腦內(nèi)最少可存儲30個殺菌公式。 Computer full automatic double layer water bath type high temperature and high pressure conditioning sterilization kettle Equipment characteristics: 1, uniform flow exchange mode, temperature uniformity, no dead angle The circulating water sterilization tank is on the left, right, continue to switch, so that the tank flow uniform flow to ensure sterilization tank from heating, heat to cool, uniform heat distribution at any point, so the food placed in tray different locations have been the most ideal homogeneous heating effect.
