HKW9700-D-E系列熱保護(hù)器是采用一定幾何形狀的雙金屬片，無需輔助機(jī)構(gòu)，僅靠雙金屬片的自身感溫和電流熱效應(yīng)，使雙金屬元件的狀態(tài)發(fā)生快速變化，直接帶動(dòng)觸點(diǎn)實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)切斷和接通電路，起到過熱、過載保護(hù)作用。

HKW9700-F-G thermal protector use unique bimetal and don’t need more auxiliary parts. Using bimetal Self-sensing temperature and Current thermal effect to change the bimetal’s shape to control the electric circuit cut off or contact on. Overheat and overload double protection.

5 產(chǎn)品性能performance

5.1額定電流rated power(COS∮=0.7)

DC 12V-8A 24V-4A、AC 250V-5A 125V 7A

5.2斷開溫度action temp：30℃～150℃; 復(fù)位溫度reset temp 20℃～110℃。

5.3抗拉力試驗(yàn):產(chǎn)品的引線端應(yīng)能承受大于或等于20N拉力,導(dǎo)線無斷裂、滑出。

Tensile test:≥20N，No breaks or slips out of the wire

5.4絕緣電壓:Insulation voltage

a.產(chǎn)品在斷開時(shí)的引線之間應(yīng)能承受AC660V,歷時(shí)1min而無擊穿閃絡(luò)現(xiàn)象;

In the power off state the insulation voltage between two wires should accept AC660V one minute withoutbreakdown and flashover.

b.產(chǎn)品引線與絕緣外殼之間能承受AC1800V,歷時(shí)1S而無擊穿閃絡(luò)現(xiàn)象;

The insulation voltage between the wires and shell should accept AC1800V 1 second withoutbreakdown and flashover.

5.5絕緣電阻:在正常條件下,引線與絕緣外殼之間的絕緣電阻在100MΩ以上。

5.6接觸電阻:產(chǎn)品的接觸電阻應(yīng)不大于50mΩ。

5.7耐高溫試驗(yàn):產(chǎn)品置于額定動(dòng)作溫度50℃的空氣環(huán)境中保持96h。

5.8耐低溫試驗(yàn):產(chǎn)品置于-40℃空氣環(huán)境中保持96h。

5.9抗振試驗(yàn): 熱保護(hù)器應(yīng)能承受振幅1.5mm,頻率變化10～55Hz，掃描變化周期3～5次/min，

振動(dòng)方向X、Y、Z，每個(gè)方向各連續(xù)振動(dòng)2h。

5.11抗壓試驗(yàn):產(chǎn)品應(yīng)能承受100N靜壓力1min。

Compression test:The product should be able to withstand 100N static pressure for 1min

5.7,5.8,5.9,5.10,5.11項(xiàng)試驗(yàn)后應(yīng)滿足下列條件:

The additional condition after the 5.7---5.11 test.

a. 斷開溫度變化應(yīng)在初期值的+7℃以內(nèi);

The tolerance of off temp within±7℃

b.接觸電阻應(yīng)在100mΩ以下;

Contact resistance≤100mΩ

c.外形應(yīng)無明顯變形;

6 壽命 life time

產(chǎn)品在額定電壓、電流、功率因數(shù)為0.7的條件下,外加熱源使其動(dòng)作4000次,應(yīng)滿足下面條件:

a斷開溫度變化應(yīng)在初始值的+5℃以內(nèi); The tolerance of off temp within ±5℃.

b接觸電阻應(yīng)在50mΩ以下; contact resistance≤50mΩ.

c繼續(xù)試驗(yàn)至6000次后能動(dòng)作;cycle life time over 6000 times.

7 其它事項(xiàng):matters need attention

7.1斷開溫度檢測的升溫速率應(yīng)控制為1℃/1min;

7.1The temperature rise rate for disconnection temperature detection should be controlled to 1°C / 1 min

7.2使用過程中產(chǎn)品不能承受強(qiáng)烈沖擊力及壓迫力;
