Production technology of fire hydrant box equipment: 放料系統(tǒng)—校平機—伺服送料系統(tǒng)—沖孔系統(tǒng)—成型主機—液壓切斷—自動折框系統(tǒng)—收料--機器人自動焊接，電氣系統(tǒng)等組成。 具體表現(xiàn)為：四邊一塊板料加底板組成箱體外殼。（生產(chǎn)工藝：自動送料、沖孔、封邊、折彎、成型、一次完成）。消火栓箱殼體高度、寬度、深度隨意變化，快速調(diào)整，生產(chǎn)工藝無廢料，一個人即可操作生產(chǎn)。整套自動生產(chǎn)線改變了加工消火栓箱箱體靠剪板折彎手工制作的傳統(tǒng)生產(chǎn)工藝。 Discharge system-leveling machine-servo feeding system-punching system-forming mainframe-hydraulic cutting-automatic folding frame system-receiving-robot automatic welding, electrical system and so on.
