人民新聞網(wǎng)今日獲悉：P110石油套管是石油鉆探用重要器材，其主要器材還包括鉆桿、巖心管和套管、鉆鋌及小口徑鉆進(jìn)用鋼管等。國(guó)產(chǎn)套管以地質(zhì)鉆探用鋼經(jīng)熱軋或冷拔制成，鋼號(hào)用“地質(zhì)”(DZ)表示，常用的套管鋼級(jí)有DZ40、DZ55、DZ753種。
(1)石油套管主要進(jìn)口國(guó)家有：德國(guó)、日本、羅馬尼亞、捷克、意大利、英國(guó)、奧地利、瑞士、美國(guó)，阿根廷、新加坡也有進(jìn)口。進(jìn)口標(biāo)準(zhǔn)多參照美國(guó)石油學(xué)會(huì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)API5A，5AX，5AC。鋼級(jí)是H-40，J-55，N-80，P-110，C-75，C-95等。規(guī)格主要為139.77.72R-2，177.89.19R-2，244.58.94R-2，244.510.03R-2，244.511.05R-2等。
(2)API規(guī)定長(zhǎng)度有三種：即R-1為4.88～7.62m，R-2為7.62～10.36m，R-3為10.36m至更長(zhǎng)。
(3)部分進(jìn)口貨物標(biāo)有LTC字樣，即長(zhǎng)絲扣套管。
(4)從日本進(jìn)口套管除采用API標(biāo)準(zhǔn)外，還有少部分執(zhí)行日本廠方標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(如新日鐵、住友、川崎等)，鋼號(hào)是NC-55E，NC-80E，NC-L80，NC-80HE等。
(5)在索賠案例中，出現(xiàn)過黑扣、絲扣損傷，管體折疊，斷扣和螺紋緊密距超差，接箍J值超差等外觀缺陷及套管脆裂、屈服強(qiáng)度低等內(nèi)在品質(zhì)問題。
用于石油井鉆探。

按SY/T6194-96“石油套管”分短螺紋套管及其接箍和長(zhǎng)螺紋套管及其接箍?jī)煞N。

(1)國(guó)產(chǎn)套管按SY/T6194-96規(guī)定，套管長(zhǎng)度不定尺，其范圍8-13m。但不短于6m的套管可以提供，其數(shù)量不得超過20%。
(2)套管的內(nèi)外表面不得有折疊、發(fā)紋、離層、裂紋、軋折和結(jié)疤。這些缺陷應(yīng)完全清除掉，清除深度不得超過公稱壁厚的12.5%。
(3)接箍外表面不得有折疊、發(fā)紋、離層、裂紋、軋折、結(jié)疤等缺陷。
(4)套管及接箍螺紋表面應(yīng)光滑，不允許有毛刺、撕破及足以使螺紋中斷影響強(qiáng)度和緊密連接的其他缺陷。
(1)按SY/T6194-96規(guī)定。套管及其接箍采用同一鋼級(jí)。含硫量<0.045%，含磷量<0.045%。
(2)按GB222-84的規(guī)定取化學(xué)分析樣。按GB223中有關(guān)部分的規(guī)定進(jìn)行化學(xué)分析。
(3)美國(guó)石油學(xué)會(huì)ARISPEC5CT1988第1版規(guī)定�；瘜W(xué)分析按ASTME59最新版本制樣，按ASTME350最新版本進(jìn)行化學(xué)分析。
(1)按SY/T6194-96規(guī)定。作壓扁試驗(yàn)(GB246-97)拉力試驗(yàn)(GB228-87)及水壓試驗(yàn)。
(2)按美國(guó)石油學(xué)會(huì)APISPEC5CT1988年第1版規(guī)定作靜水壓試驗(yàn)、壓扁試驗(yàn)、硫化物應(yīng)力腐蝕開裂試驗(yàn)、硬度試驗(yàn)(ASTME18或E10最新版本規(guī)定進(jìn)行)、拉伸試驗(yàn)、橫向沖擊試驗(yàn)(ASTMA370、ASTME23和有關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)最新版本規(guī)定進(jìn)行)、晶粒度測(cè)定(ASTME112最新版本或其他方法)。
按SY/T6194-96規(guī)定，國(guó)產(chǎn)套管應(yīng)以鋼絲或鋼帶捆扎。每根套管及接箍螺紋的露出部分均應(yīng)擰上保護(hù)環(huán)以保護(hù)螺紋。

( 1 ) According to SY / T 6194 - 96. The casing and its coupling are of the same steel grade. Sulfur content < 0.045 %, phosphorus content < 0.045 %.
( 2 ) Take chemical analysis samples according to GB 222 - 84. Chemical analysis shall be carried out in accordance with relevant provisions in GB 223.
