本監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)主要實現(xiàn)琴川嘉安變電所及樓層的0.4kV配電系統(tǒng)進行用電監(jiān)控與電能管理。監(jiān)控范圍為158臺安科瑞自制的多功能電力儀表進行遠程實時監(jiān)控和電能管理，其中156臺PZ80L-E4/C，2臺ACR330ELH。該系統(tǒng)158臺多功能電力儀表，分6條總線，所有總線通過屏蔽雙絞線拉至串口服務(wù)器，經(jīng)TCP/IP網(wǎng)絡(luò)連接至值班室監(jiān)控主機，實現(xiàn)總線上儀表與監(jiān)控主機的數(shù)據(jù)連通。
圖（1）低壓網(wǎng)絡(luò)拓撲圖 間隔設(shè)備層主要為：安科瑞多功能網(wǎng)絡(luò)電力儀表、開關(guān)量、模擬量采集模塊和智能斷路器等。這些裝置分別對應(yīng)相應(yīng)的一次設(shè)備安裝在電氣柜內(nèi)，這些裝置均采用RS485通訊接口，通過現(xiàn)場MODBUS總線組網(wǎng)通訊，實現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)現(xiàn)場采集。網(wǎng)絡(luò)通訊層主要為：串口服務(wù)器，其主要功能為把RS485信號轉(zhuǎn)換成RS232信號，完成現(xiàn)場層和站控層之間的數(shù)據(jù)交互。站控管理層：設(shè)有高性能工業(yè)計算機、顯示器、UPS電源、打印機等設(shè)備。監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)安裝在計算機上，集中采集顯示現(xiàn)場設(shè)備運行狀況，以人機交互的形式顯示給用戶。以上網(wǎng)絡(luò)儀表均采用RS485接口和MODBUS-RTU通訊協(xié)議，RS485采用屏蔽線傳輸，一般都采用二根連線，接線簡單方便；通訊接口是半雙工通信即通信的雙方都可以接收、發(fā)送數(shù)據(jù)但是在同一時刻只能發(fā)送或接收數(shù)據(jù)，數(shù)據(jù)最高傳輸速率為10Mbps。RS485接口是采用平衡驅(qū)動器和差分接收器的組合，抗噪聲干擾能力增強，總線上允許連接多達32個設(shè)備，最大傳輸距離為1.2km。
