環(huán)球新聞資訊,9月9日獲悉:環(huán)氧白陶瓷防腐鋼管是由環(huán)氧樹脂和大量(重量比50%以上)石英粉組成的防腐涂曾。涂層硬度高,光滑耐磨,但又具備一定的任性,是一種機械強度高,粘結(jié)力大,防腐性能優(yōu)良的管道內(nèi)襯材料。環(huán)氧陶瓷有無溶劑型和厚漿型,可一次性厚涂,常溫自干,涂層致密堅韌,外表光滑如鏡,耐磨、耐水、耐化學(xué)介質(zhì)、電絕緣性極好,可降低成本,提高質(zhì)量,使用方便。保護層型現(xiàn)在有金屬保護層型與非金屬保護層型,金屬保護層型常用的有表面鍍層保護層型、表面壓合保護層型。表面鍍層保護層型中常見的是鍍鋅管,鍍鋅管也有冷鍍鋅管和熱鍍鋅管,熱鍍鋅管因為保護層致密均勻、附著力強、穩(wěn)定性比較好,目前仍大量應(yīng)用。而冷鍍鋅管由于保護層不夠致密均勻、穩(wěn)定性差,一般使用壽命不到5年就銹蝕,出現(xiàn)“紅水”、“黑水”,鐵腥味嚴重,各種有害細菌超過國家生活飲用水水質(zhì)標準,各地已在生活給水管道禁止使用。表面壓合保護層型按生產(chǎn)工藝不同也分為物理覆蓋型復(fù)合鋼管和化學(xué)爆破法覆蓋型復(fù)合鋼管,其中物理覆蓋型復(fù)合鋼管目前已生產(chǎn)的有鋼復(fù)不銹鋼復(fù)合鋼管、銅鋼雙金屬復(fù)合鋼管,都是利用物理的方法將受熱軟化薄壁不銹鋼管或冷薄壁銅管通過一定工藝壓合在鋼基管內(nèi)壁上。這兩種管材的規(guī)格分別為DNl5-DN300和DNl5-DNl50。物理覆蓋型復(fù)合鋼管管道連接多采用專用配件連接;瘜W(xué)爆破法覆蓋型復(fù)合鋼管有雙金屬復(fù)合管。IPN8710飲水防腐鋼管互穿網(wǎng)絡(luò)重防腐涂料為雙組份涂料,甲組基料:樹脂、引發(fā)劑;乙組基料:活性單體、催化劑。甲組與乙組等當量混合時,三種網(wǎng)絡(luò)在分子水平上進行互穿,形成互穿聚合物網(wǎng)絡(luò)(IPN)結(jié)構(gòu),產(chǎn)生協(xié)同效應(yīng),該涂料形成網(wǎng)絡(luò)具有:附著力強、柔韌性好、耐酸、堿、鹽等腐蝕介質(zhì)。進一步提高了涂層的韌性、強度、附著力、抗?jié)B透性以及化學(xué)惰性,使涂膜具有更好的性能,通過形成IPN來改進高聚物的性能,是一種新型的高聚物共混技術(shù)。

The surface cladding protective layer can also be divided into physical cladding steel pipe and chemical blasting cladding steel pipe according to the different production process. The physical cladding steel pipe has been produced, such as steel cladding stainless steel pipe and copper cladding steel bimetal steel pipe. The cold thin wall copper tube is pressed into the inner wall of the steel tube through a certain process. The specifications of the two kinds of pipes are respectively the NC 1 5 - D 300 and the N - N 5 - N - 50. Physically covered composite pipe connections are mostly connected by special fittings. The compound steel pipe covered by chemical explosion has bimetal composite pipes. IPN8710 interpenetrating network heavy-duty anticorrosive coating for drinking water anticorrosive steel pipe is a two-component coating, group A binder: resin, initiator; group B binder: active monomer, catalyst. When group A and group B are mixed equally, the three networks are interpenetrated at the molecular level, forming an IPN structure, which has synergistic effect. The coating network has strong adhesion, good flexibility, acid, alkali, salt and other corrosion media. The toughness, strength, adhesion, impermeability and chemical inertia of the coating are further improved, and the film has better properties. IPN is a new type of polymer blending technology to improve the properties of the polymer.
