一.【用途 Application】： 適應(yīng)于生產(chǎn)鐵氟龍(氟塑料)耐高溫、電線(xiàn)、套管、各類(lèi)薄皮絕緣多層押出、局域纜數(shù)據(jù)纜芯線(xiàn)押出、外被押出等。 Adapted to the production of Teflon (fluoroplastics) high temperature, wire, casing, all kinds of thin-skinned insulation multi-layered extrusion, local cable data cable core extrusion, and other out of the deduction. 二.【技術(shù)特點(diǎn) Technique Feature】： 1.適應(yīng)于FEP(聚全氟乙丙烯、又稱(chēng)F46)、FPA(氧化烷氧基乙稀樹(shù)脂)及ESFE(又稱(chēng)F40)等氟塑料生產(chǎn)。 2.螺桿機(jī)筒:均采用新3號(hào)鋼GH113(同美國(guó)GDA材質(zhì))耐腐蝕耐高溫或采用進(jìn)口哈氏金鋼C-276。 3.機(jī)頭:采用新3號(hào)金鋼GH113材質(zhì)的專(zhuān)用免調(diào)機(jī)頭或可調(diào)機(jī)頭或采用瑞士進(jìn)口Microdia機(jī)頭、抽真空裝置。 4.加熱系統(tǒng):采用耐高溫的鑄銅合金加熱器。 5.品質(zhì)控制:配備外徑檢測(cè)反饋裝置、日本TAKIKAWA凹凸檢測(cè)儀全程控制產(chǎn)品的外徑、英國(guó)BETA水電容測(cè)試儀、高頻火花機(jī)及同心度等工藝參數(shù)。 1.It is suitable for the production of fluoroplastics such as FEP (polyfluoroethylene-propylene, also known as F46), FPA (oxidized alkoxyethylene resin) and ESFE (also known as F40). 2.Screw barrel: all adopts the new No. 3 steel GH113 (same as the GDA material of theUnited States) and it is resistant to corrosion and high temperature, or it adopts imported Hastelloy C-276. 3.Machine head: The new No. 3 GM steel GH113 material special-purpose head or adjustable head orSwitzerlandimported Microdia head, vacuum device. 4.Heating system: High temperature resistant cast copper alloy heater.
