極細線全自動高速繞包機Very thin wire automatic high-speed wrapping machine 【用途 Application】： 本機為立式單層或雙層繞包機，將包帶(銅箔帶、麥拉帶、鋁箔帶)通過轉盤旋轉，繞包在芯線上,具有單個或兩個、繞包頭。主要用于高頻數據線、極細同軸線、極線音頻線等其它特殊極細線的絕緣芯線繞包與燒結。 The machine is a vertical single-layer or double-layer wrapper. The wrapper (copper foil tape, Mylar tape, aluminum foil tape) is rotated through the turntable and wrapped around the core wire. It has single or double wraparound wrappings. It is mainly used for the wrapping and sintering of insulated core wire of other special ultra-fine wires such as high-frequency data lines, ultra-fine coaxial cables, and polar audio cables. 【技術特點 Technique Feature】： 1．包帶張力自動演算追蹤,從滿盤到空盤保持恒張力,不須人工調整 2．觸摸屏設定重疊率,PLC控制,加減速及正常工作時包帶形成點穩(wěn)定不動 3．收線排位采用軸排式結構，排幅排距任意設定 1.
