一、TSSA注冊(cè)簡(jiǎn)介
TSSA是Technical Standards & Safety Authority英文的縮寫，是加拿大安大略省技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)安全局。主管壓力容器，娛樂設(shè)備，填充物注冊(cè)，燃料等方面的安全認(rèn)證服務(wù)。加拿大其它兩個(gè)省份，即魁北克省和馬尼托巴省也有類似的立法和與安大略省的互惠安排，但是，營(yíng)業(yè)地位于這三個(gè)省份以外的制造商要在這三個(gè)省份的市場(chǎng)上銷售產(chǎn)品，均需分別在這三個(gè)省份進(jìn)行注冊(cè)。
《技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及安全法》之 “軟墊及填料類產(chǎn)品計(jì)劃” (Upholstered and Stuffed Articles Program) 保護(hù)大眾免受與使用在安大略省市場(chǎng)上銷售的軟墊及填料類產(chǎn)品相關(guān)的潛在危險(xiǎn)的傷害。確保加拿大國(guó)內(nèi)和國(guó)外的制造商, 翻新商和家用產(chǎn)品愛好者在其產(chǎn)品中僅使用嶄新, 干凈的填料, 并且把填料的成分正確地標(biāo)示在標(biāo)簽上, 供大眾查閱。其目的在于保護(hù)消費(fèi)者免受偽劣軟墊及填料類產(chǎn)品的侵害, 并為制造商和零售商提供一個(gè)同高度的經(jīng)營(yíng)舞臺(tái)。

在安大略省銷售的所有軟墊及填料類產(chǎn)品均必須依照《安大略規(guī)章218/01》(軟墊及填料類產(chǎn)品)的規(guī)定貼有預(yù)定格式的標(biāo)簽，參見第22部分《安大略規(guī)章218/01》(軟墊及填料類產(chǎn)品)：
1．標(biāo)簽格式說明
‘Form 1- 制造商標(biāo)簽’指家具和床上用品類產(chǎn)品的標(biāo)簽要求；
‘Form 2- 制造商標(biāo)簽’指服裝及其他產(chǎn)品的標(biāo)簽要求；
‘Form 3- 制造商標(biāo)簽’指玩具和小件產(chǎn)品的標(biāo)簽要求；
2．標(biāo)簽標(biāo)記要求
(1)標(biāo)簽必須牢固地粘貼在產(chǎn)品上。
(2)標(biāo)簽必須位于明顯的部位, 以便消費(fèi)者能夠方便地閱讀產(chǎn)品所含的成分。
(3)標(biāo)簽必須使用耐久的白色織物或合成材料制作, 如高密度聚乙烯合成紙或聚酯薄膜。不得用紙。
(4)必須用黑色墨水印刷-請(qǐng)參閱印刷這類標(biāo)簽的專用印刷機(jī)列表。
(5)填料必須按常用命名予以聲明。必須附帶常用成分聲明列表 和 填料附表.
(6)如果使用多種填料，標(biāo)簽必須以自大到小的順序首先列明填料的大含量。
