用試管裝入新油和舊油,然后進行外觀對比檢查,通過感官進行判斷其污染程度。當液壓系統中舊油液變成乳白色時,是油液中混入水分所致,必須分離水分并摻入新油調整黏度后才能繼續(xù)使用;當舊油液呈透明狀但有小黑點時,是油液中混入異物所致,必須過濾后才能使用;液壓系統舊油液變成黑褐色并伴有暗惡臭時,是油液氧化所致,必須更換油液。 液壓油的黏度大小對液壓系統工作有何影響? 黏度是液壓油最重要的使用性能指標之一,它合理與否,對液壓系統的平穩(wěn)性、工作可靠性和靈敏性、系統效率、功率消耗、氣蝕現象、溫升和磨損等都有顯著的影響。當液壓系統液壓油黏度較高時,使液壓油的流動阻力加大,流動速度減慢,可能影響泵吸油不暢;當液壓系統液壓油黏度較高時,由于磨擦加劇,油溫升高,而產生泄漏;倘若液壓油黏度偏低,必然加劇泄漏損失,并且會由于運動零件之間的油膜破裂,而導致零件的液壓系統磨損加快。
