肉類加工廢水處理工程案例

（一）   工程概況

某食品公司有屠宰車間、熟肉制品加工車間、冷加工車間以及其他輔助設(shè)施等組成。該公司生產(chǎn)規(guī)模為年屠宰活豬20萬(wàn)頭，加工熟肉制品20萬(wàn)頭/年，按照一年261天工作日計(jì)算，平均每日屠宰加工活豬768頭。

項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)廢水處理規(guī)模840m?/d，工程于2013年完工，2014年6月開(kāi)始調(diào)試,2015年驗(yàn)收。

（二）   處理工藝

1 生產(chǎn)工藝及水質(zhì)

該公司廢水屬中等濃度有機(jī)廢水，水量大，廢水中含有大量的血污、毛皮、碎肉、內(nèi)臟雜物等，不含重金屬及有毒化學(xué)物質(zhì)，廢水中富含蛋白質(zhì)及油脂。

 2 處理工藝

本工程出水水質(zhì)要求較高，為了強(qiáng)化有機(jī)污染物去除效果，采用了厭氧-好氧組合工藝，其中厭氧采用水解酸化發(fā)，好氧采用接觸氧化法。由于原水中懸浮物和油類較多，為了降低生物處理的負(fù)荷，在流程前端設(shè)置隔油沉淀。懸浮物主要在初沉和水解酸化單元中得到去除。為了保證出水水質(zhì)，生物處理后設(shè)置了纖維球和生物炭?jī)杉?jí)過(guò)濾，最終實(shí)現(xiàn)達(dá)標(biāo)排放。

3 工藝流程

本工程的工藝流程可分為預(yù)處理、厭氧-好氧生物處理和深度處理三部分

 4 主要設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)

（1）       機(jī)械格柵 去除較大懸浮物，格柵柵條間距為6mm。

（2）       初沉隔油調(diào)節(jié)池  鋼筋混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)，尺寸12.6m×8.2m×4.0m,水力停留時(shí)間8h.

（3）       水解酸化池 鋼筋混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)，尺寸13.1m×7.4m×5.5m,水力停留時(shí)間4h.

（4）       接觸氧化池 鋼筋混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)，尺寸16.85m×7.95m×5.0m,水力停留時(shí)間13.5h.

（5）       二沉池  采用斜管沉淀池，表面負(fù)荷為2.1m?/(㎡·h)。鋼筋混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)，平面尺寸6.0m×4.2m。

（6）       生物碳池  生物碳池濾速為1.3m/h，尺寸7.8m×4.0m×4.0m。

（7）       污泥濃縮池   污泥濃縮池用來(lái)貯存和濃縮由二沉池及水解酸化池排出來(lái)的污泥，污泥濃縮停留時(shí)間為24h。

（8）       污泥脫水設(shè)備  選用板框壓濾機(jī)1臺(tái)，脫水面積15㎡,濾室容積0,25m?。脫水后的污泥含水率為75%~80%。

三  工程設(shè)計(jì)

1 平面設(shè)計(jì)

本項(xiàng)目占地面積2000㎡，長(zhǎng)50m，寬40m，南北向布置。

2 高程設(shè)計(jì)

廢水處理廠區(qū)自然地坪高程約32~32.2m，根據(jù)廠區(qū)總體設(shè)計(jì)要求，室外自然地坪高程為33.1m，回填土厚度約1m。設(shè)計(jì)室內(nèi)地坪為±0.00，對(duì)應(yīng)絕對(duì)高程33.40m。

     主要技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)指標(biāo)

該廢水處理工程總投資520萬(wàn)元，單位處理成本1.5元/m?（包括設(shè)備折舊），單位直接處理成本1.06元/m?（不包含設(shè)備折舊）。

2 treatment process
