堆高車電機的維護（1）檢查維護電機應(yīng)在斷電下進行。（2）每三個月用250伏兆歐表測量電動機冷態(tài)絕緣電阻，其阻值應(yīng)大于0.5MΩ,如阻值小于0.5 MΩ，應(yīng)進行干燥處理。（3）檢查電機出線的連接線是否正確、牢固。（4）檢查換向片間是否清潔，電刷在刷盒內(nèi)應(yīng)滑動自如。（5）檢查所有緊固件是否緊固。（6）每三個月對電刷磨損情況做一次檢查，酌情更換電刷。（7）每年做一次電機的全面維護。

堆高車電機的保養(yǎng)（1）為保證電池壽命，電池投入使用前應(yīng)充足電，充電不足的電池不可使用。（2）電池盡量避免過充和過放。電池過充和過放會嚴重影響電池性能和壽命。（3）電池液孔塞和氣蓋應(yīng)保持清潔，充電時取下或打開電完畢應(yīng)裝上或閉合。電池表面、連接線及螺釘應(yīng)保持清潔、干燥。如有硫酸，用棉紗蘸上堿液擦去，應(yīng)注意不要讓堿液進入電池內(nèi)。（4）充電完成后，應(yīng)檢查電池液位，及時補加蒸餾水以保持液面高度。正常情況下嚴禁補加稀硫酸。（5）電池使用后，應(yīng)及時充電，放置時間一般不超過24小時。（6）充電時應(yīng)保持良好的通風(fēng)，嚴禁煙火。（7）出現(xiàn)下列情況，電池需作均衡充電。
