This series of processes is very important, it will affect the quality of concrete pouring. 3、在安裝伸縮縫時,下縫前應認真檢查槽內預埋鋼筋，若發(fā)現裂縫或折斷，位置不當或間隙過大，必須采取補救措施。要保證沿縫方向每米范圍內至少有1根預埋鋼筋與毛勒伸縮縫的錨環(huán)牢固焊接。應該認真檢查XF型橋梁伸縮縫質量，若發(fā)現變形或兩鋼梁間距不一致時，應進行修整。必要時，還應根據安裝時的環(huán)境溫度調整毛勒伸縮縫的鋼梁間距。應將XF型橋梁伸縮裝置緩緩放入槽內，使縫中心線與實際預留縫中心線相重合，偏差不得超過10mm，同時使鋼邊梁內邊保持垂直。XF型橋梁伸縮縫就位后，應根據縱、橫坡和標高調整其鋼梁頂面比相鄰瀝青混凝土路面低1～2mm，不得超出路面標高。
