FD-60型伸縮縫安裝

1、如要在先攤鋪路面后裝伸縮縫,為保證路面良好的平整度,應該先攤鋪路面,然后開槽安裝伸縮縫。攤鋪路面之前,必須首先清理預留間隙并嵌填泡沫板,再用砂袋或級配砂石袋填實槽口;靥顦烁咭钥刂茷r青不會污染預埋鋼筋為宜,目的在于防止攤鋪設備壓壞預埋鋼筋,便于路面連續(xù)攤鋪。

3、在安裝伸縮縫時,下縫前應認真檢查槽內預埋鋼筋,若發(fā)現裂縫或折斷,位置不當或間隙過大,必須采取補救措施。要保證沿縫方向每米范圍內至少有1根預埋鋼筋與毛勒伸縮縫的錨環(huán)牢固焊接。應該認真檢查XF型橋梁伸縮縫質量,若發(fā)現變形或兩鋼梁間距不一致時,應進行修整。必要時,還應根據安裝時的環(huán)境溫度調整毛勒伸縮縫的鋼梁間距。應將XF型橋梁伸縮裝置緩緩放入槽內,使縫中心線與實際預留縫中心線相重合,偏差不得超過10mm,同時使鋼邊梁內邊保持垂直。XF型橋梁伸縮縫就位后,應根據縱、橫坡和標高調整其鋼梁頂面比相鄰瀝青混凝土路面低1~2mm,不得超出路面標高。

The top surface shall be 1 to 2mm lower than that of the adjacent asphalt concrete pavement and shall not exceed the elevation of the road surface.
4、在焊接先點焊部分預埋鋼筋和錨環(huán)鋼筋,臨時固定其位置。經檢查符合質量要求后方可將錨環(huán)鋼筋與預埋鋼筋焊牢,之后,即可拆除XF型橋梁伸縮縫的裝配夾具。
