800t/d大豆制油工程廢水處理工程實例

某飼料集團有限公司800t/d大豆 工程為日處理大豆800t，年生產日300d，年產油脂4萬t。大豆制油生產工藝主要有預榨、浸出和煉油三個階段

該項目主要廢水來自于浸出和煉油兩個工段。由于煉油車間所排放的油腳、廢渣量較大，廢水溫度也較高，影響后續(xù)的生化處理，所以本廢水處理工程采用浮與生化結合處理的工藝，氣浮用以去除浮油和廢渣，同時兼有降溫效果。

一  設計水質水量及處理要求

依據(jù)廠里提供的數(shù)據(jù)和實測資料，設計水量為200m?/d。進水水質為pH值6~9，COD_CR≤4000mg/L，BOD₅≤1200mg/L，動植物油 ≤2000mg/L，NH₃-N≤80mg/L。

 處理出水標準為《污水綜合排放標準》（GB8988-1996）中一級標準，即pH值6~9, COD_CR≤100mg/L，BOD₅≤20mg/L，動植物油 ≤10mg/L，NH₃-N≤15mg/L，SS≤70mg/L。

二 污水處理工藝流程

  1 工藝流程

  根據(jù)處理的廢水水量、水質及處理要求，結合實驗結果，認為水洗粗品后廢水需經過預處理才能夠進一步處理

  2 工藝流程說明

  廢水從廠區(qū)經格柵自流到調節(jié)池，調節(jié)池內設污水泵。將廢水提升到氣浮池，廢水經氣浮池去除浮油、浮渣后，自流到厭氧池。廢水經厭氧菌分解后，重力自流至缺氧池。缺氧池為主要反硝化除氮反應器，廢水經過缺氧池后自流至好氧池。好氧池是生化處理的主體構筑物，廢水在好氧菌的作用下去除大部分COD_CR和BOD₅，而后自流至二沉池泥水分離。上清液計量后外排。二沉池污泥部分回流至缺氧池，氣浮產生的浮油、浮渣和剩余污泥經污泥酸化池酸化后外運用作肥料。為提高本工藝的脫氮效果，在缺氧池和好氧池之間增設內循環(huán)工藝，確保出水氨氮指標合格。

  廢水溫度說明：實地調查表明，綜合廢水進入調節(jié)池之前水溫為55~58℃，經調節(jié)池停留冷卻后出水溫度為43~45℃，經氣浮池氣浮處理后水溫將至40℃一下，能滿足后續(xù)生化處理對溫度的要求。
