1、刨花制棒機應安裝在水平的混凝土地基上并用地腳螺栓固定。
2、安裝時應注意主機與地面的水平垂直。
3、安裝后應對機體各按著部位進行檢測，對螺絲等固定裝置進行二次加固。
4、對刨花制棒機的動力配置電源線和控制開關進行出接上電。
5、檢查完畢，進行空負荷試車，試車正常即可進行生產。
