菇木粉碎機(jī)主要由削屑裝置、粉碎裝置和風(fēng)機(jī)組成。木材經(jīng)削屑裝置切削后的木屑粒度小，不需曬干就可送進(jìn)粉碎裝置進(jìn)一步粉碎，粉碎后的木屑成品由風(fēng)機(jī)送至集料地點(diǎn)。整套設(shè)備只用一部電動(dòng)機(jī)帶動(dòng)，結(jié)構(gòu)簡單，布置緊湊，售價(jià)便宜，工作穩(wěn)定、耗能少，產(chǎn)量高、木屑成品質(zhì)量好，加工成本低。還可用于竹、茅草、玉米稈、高粱稈等纖維質(zhì)稈狀物料的切屑。該菇木粉碎機(jī)也可作刨花板、鋸末板高密度板的原料生產(chǎn)用。整套設(shè)備只用一部電動(dòng)機(jī)帶動(dòng)或一部柴油發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)帶動(dòng)！噪音小、結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、布置緊湊、售價(jià)便宜、工作穩(wěn)定、耗能少、產(chǎn)量高、木屑成品質(zhì)量好，加工成本低。
菇木粉碎機(jī)安裝、操作和維修保養(yǎng)：
1、開機(jī)前必須檢查門是否關(guān)緊，關(guān)緊門時(shí)要擰緊手輪和定位螺栓。
2、接通水冷卻裝置，保證水源充足，運(yùn)行是嚴(yán)禁斷水。
3、安裝時(shí)，接通電源，以電動(dòng)方式檢查電機(jī)旋轉(zhuǎn)方向是否按標(biāo)箭頭方向。如相反，請(qǐng)調(diào)整電機(jī)接線盒接線。
4、在電機(jī)旋轉(zhuǎn)方向正確的情況下，開機(jī)空運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)30分鐘，檢查潤滑情況，及時(shí)加潤滑油脂。定期檢查和補(bǔ)充潤滑油脂。
5、進(jìn)料前空運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)數(shù)分鐘，然后緩慢均勻地加料，切勿加滿料斗，并注意電流是否超負(fù)荷，防止損壞設(shè)備。
6、運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)中如有巨大振動(dòng)及噪音等不良情況，要及時(shí)關(guān)機(jī)檢查。
7、經(jīng)常保持機(jī)件潤滑、清潔，發(fā)現(xiàn)故障、缺陷及時(shí)修復(fù)或更換。
