QC2-W球桿儀:測(cè)量各軸間的垂直度;并提供機(jī)床電器誤差與機(jī)械誤差方向性診斷。RX1轉(zhuǎn)臺(tái)(可選):測(cè)量并提供回轉(zhuǎn)工作臺(tái)的轉(zhuǎn)角精度的測(cè)量與補(bǔ)償。電子水平儀等:測(cè)量機(jī)床滾擺等參數(shù)。間誤差修正軟件Fanuc三維空間補(bǔ)償對(duì)應(yīng)的修正軟件是RVC-Fanuc,Siemens對(duì)應(yīng)的修正軟件是RVC-Siemens。RVC軟件具備如下三大功能,每一功能能夠?yàn)楸粶y(cè)機(jī)床完成不同項(xiàng)目的補(bǔ)償:普通線性誤差補(bǔ)償、三維空間誤差補(bǔ)償(線性位移、直線度、角度)和三軸間垂直度誤差補(bǔ)償。控系統(tǒng)及對(duì)應(yīng)的空間補(bǔ)償功能選擇附件Fanuc3DCompensation功能和SiemensVCS功能。其中84Dsl1.3或更新版本,需要加載正確的ELF文件;雷尼紹開(kāi)發(fā)的RVC-Siemens適用于VCSplus、VCSA3和VCSA5。進(jìn)行補(bǔ)償功能要采取如下幾個(gè)步驟:在機(jī)器工作空間范圍中采集測(cè)量數(shù)據(jù),評(píng)估偏差參數(shù)并將它們保存為數(shù)據(jù)文件;將文件拷入數(shù)控系統(tǒng)子目錄Manufact.Cycles(CMA)中;采用GUD-變量補(bǔ)償;系統(tǒng)實(shí)時(shí)計(jì)算補(bǔ)償結(jié)果并根據(jù)三根幾何軸線的實(shí)際MCS位置將其寫(xiě)入位置偏置。空間補(bǔ)償前對(duì)機(jī)床基礎(chǔ)狀況的要求在進(jìn)行空間誤差補(bǔ)償前用球桿儀對(duì)機(jī)床綜合精度狀況進(jìn)行評(píng)估,若機(jī)床存在較大的反向躍沖、伺服不匹配等電器誤差,則即使進(jìn)行空間誤差補(bǔ)償,也對(duì)該機(jī)床加工精度改善不大。在進(jìn)行空間誤差補(bǔ)償前將機(jī)床電器誤差調(diào)整為次要精度問(wèn)題尤為必要(對(duì)機(jī)床綜合精度狀況評(píng)估參見(jiàn)QC2-W球桿儀使用說(shuō)明)。重復(fù)精度不好的機(jī)床即使進(jìn)行空間誤差補(bǔ)償,補(bǔ)償效果也不明顯。對(duì)于精度要求高達(dá)5m左右的數(shù)控機(jī)床,建議對(duì)其使用環(huán)境應(yīng)該按三坐標(biāo)測(cè)量機(jī)的使用環(huán)境來(lái)要求,否則從長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)來(lái)看機(jī)床自身因環(huán)境變化而帶來(lái)的精度變化將會(huì)在某種程度上削弱空間誤差補(bǔ)償?shù)男Ч?br />
