一般而言,地下水普遍存在含鹽量高和硬度、堿度高的特點。隨著系統(tǒng)誰的不斷濃縮,硬度離子如(Ca2+,Mg2+,HCO3-等)和侵蝕性離子(如Cl-和SO42-等)的濃度不斷升高,超過一定的容忍度后極易引起設(shè)備管道的腐蝕與結(jié)垢。另外,在這些缺水地區(qū),為了節(jié)水節(jié)能的需要,循環(huán)水的濃縮倍數(shù)一般控制較高,這就進(jìn)一步加重了系統(tǒng)腐蝕和結(jié)垢的危險性。對于有些以地表水作補(bǔ)充水的電廠循環(huán)水系統(tǒng),雖然硬度離子和侵蝕性離子濃度較低,但如果濃縮倍數(shù)過高,再加上處理方式不合適,同樣也會引起機(jī)組的腐蝕和結(jié)垢。

為了解決上述問題,近年來出現(xiàn)了一些新的處理方法,如P:CT法、載體流動床生物膜法(CBR)、厭氧生物法,厭氧-好氧生物法等:、改進(jìn)的好氧生物法P:CT法P:CT法是在活性污泥曝氣池中投加活性炭粉末,利用活性炭粉末對有機(jī)物和溶解氧的吸附作用,為微生物的生長提供食物,從而加速對有機(jī)物的氧化分解能力。活性炭用濕空氣氧化法再生。載體流動床生物膜法(CBR)CBR實際上是一種基于特殊結(jié)構(gòu)填料的生物流化床技術(shù),該技術(shù)在同一個生物處理單元中將生物膜法與活性污泥法有機(jī)結(jié)合,通過在活性污泥池中投加特殊載體填料使微生物附著生長于懸浮填料表面,形成一定厚度的微生物膜層。

上清液有較多顆粒,但是顆粒間水比較清澈,可能是污泥老化,出水顆粒多,顆粒釋放的COD,可以通過出水濾紙過濾后測測COD是否比未過濾的要低。根據(jù)以上調(diào)查,確定原因后,再討論對策。問題15進(jìn)水COD6-15mg/L,進(jìn)水為生活污水、循環(huán)水排污水等。曝氣池有效容積1方(現(xiàn)停運(yùn)一個系列5方),四段表面曝氣式,后面有二沉池。進(jìn)水低氨氮,進(jìn)水pH在6-8。水量5-6噸每小時。污泥濃度5g/L,計劃控制到3g/L目前主要問題是出水SS高。
