主要缺點(diǎn):脫硫塔出口溫度應(yīng)嚴(yán)格控制在高于露點(diǎn)溫度152℃以上運(yùn)行。但是如果煙氣出口溫度低于65℃運(yùn)行,稍有不慎會(huì)造成塔內(nèi)壁結(jié)露、濕壁;Ca/S比高,脫硫終產(chǎn)物中未反應(yīng)的Ca2多;系統(tǒng)阻力大;流化床層壓降運(yùn)行不穩(wěn)定會(huì)導(dǎo)致出口SO2濃度波動(dòng)大,所以對(duì)操作人員素質(zhì)要求高;脫硫終產(chǎn)物綜合利用受限;反應(yīng)速率慢。系統(tǒng)裝置介紹吸收劑制備系統(tǒng)主要包括生石灰倉(cāng)、消石灰倉(cāng)、消化器及與之配套的布袋除塵器、稱(chēng)重螺旋和電動(dòng)鎖氣給料機(jī)。

為了回收天然氣處理廠輕烴深加工產(chǎn)品產(chǎn)生的VOCs廢氣,對(duì)油氣回收工藝流程進(jìn)行了研究與設(shè)計(jì)。通過(guò)處理廠內(nèi)輕烴產(chǎn)品的日產(chǎn)量與苛刻環(huán)境條件下的VOCs排放量,確定油氣回收裝置的處理規(guī)模為8m3/h。研究現(xiàn)有的油氣回收工藝,結(jié)合揮發(fā)物中含苯的特點(diǎn),提出了冷凝+吸附的回收方法,并用HYSYS軟件模擬了近飽和濃度的VOCs油氣回收工藝。結(jié)果表明,該回收工藝可行,裝置回收率95%,滿足GB5759-212氣體排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求。
