設(shè)備技術(shù)介紹：

       活性炭吸附塔是一種率經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)用型有機(jī)廢氣的凈化與治理裝置，是一種廢氣過(guò)濾吸附異味的環(huán)保設(shè)備產(chǎn)品。是一種廣泛應(yīng)用于有機(jī)尾氣處理的工藝，如苯、醇、醚等揮發(fā)性氣體。

設(shè)備結(jié)構(gòu)：

         活性炭吸附塔包含以下組成部分：

         ★主要部分含有：活性炭箱體、活性炭等

         ★配件含：沖孔板、爬梯、護(hù)欄、差壓表等

原理說(shuō)明：

        由于固體表面上存在著未平衡和未飽和的分子引力或化學(xué)鍵力，因此當(dāng)此固體表面與氣體時(shí)，就能吸引氣體分子，使其濃聚并保持在固體表面，此現(xiàn)象稱(chēng)為吸附。利用固體表面的吸附能力，使廢氣與大表面的多孔性固體相，廢氣中的污染物被吸附在固體表面上，使其與氣體混合物分離，達(dá)到凈化目的。廢氣經(jīng)空氣過(guò)濾器除去微小懸浮顆粒后，吸附塔內(nèi)部，經(jīng)過(guò)活性碳吸附后，除去有害成分，符合排放的凈化氣體，經(jīng)風(fēng)機(jī)室外。

光氧廢氣凈化器

光氧廢氣凈化器的產(chǎn)品特點(diǎn)：

1、除惡臭：能去除揮發(fā)性有機(jī)物（VOC）、無(wú)機(jī)物、、氨氣、硫醇類(lèi)等主要污染物，以及各種惡臭味，脫臭效率高可達(dá)99%以上，脫臭效果大大超過(guò)1993年頒布的惡臭污染物排放（GB14554-93）．

2、無(wú)需添加任何：只需要設(shè)置相應(yīng)的排風(fēng)管道和排風(fēng)動(dòng)力，使惡臭氣體通過(guò)本設(shè)備進(jìn)行脫臭分解凈化，無(wú)需添加任何參與化學(xué)反應(yīng)。

3、適應(yīng)性強(qiáng)：可適應(yīng)高濃度，大氣量，不同惡臭氣體的脫臭凈化處理，可每天24小時(shí)連續(xù)工作，運(yùn)行可靠。

4、運(yùn)行成本低：本設(shè)備無(wú)任何機(jī)械，無(wú)噪音，無(wú)需專(zhuān)人和日常，只需作定期檢查，本設(shè)備能耗低，（每處理1000立方米/小時(shí)，僅耗電約0.2度電能），設(shè)備風(fēng)阻極低＜50pa,可節(jié)約大量排風(fēng)動(dòng)力能耗。

5、無(wú)需預(yù)處理：惡臭氣體無(wú)需進(jìn)行特殊的預(yù)處理，如加溫、加濕等,設(shè)備工作溫度在攝氏-30℃－95℃之間，濕度在30%－98%、PH值在2-13之間均可正常工作。

6、設(shè)備面積小，自重輕：適合于布置緊湊、場(chǎng)地狹小等特殊條件，設(shè)備面積＜1平方米/處理10000m3/h風(fēng)量。

7、優(yōu)質(zhì)進(jìn)口材料制造：防火、防腐蝕性能高，性能，使用壽命長(zhǎng)。

光氧廢氣凈化器利用高能高臭氧UV紫外線(xiàn)光束分解空氣中的氧分子產(chǎn)生游離氧，即活性氧，因游離氧所攜正負(fù)電子不平衡所以需與氧分子結(jié)合，進(jìn)而產(chǎn)生臭氧。

光氧廢氣凈化器的工作原理：

有足夠的能量來(lái)產(chǎn)生基，引發(fā)一系列復(fù)雜的物理、化學(xué)反應(yīng)。由臭氧發(fā)生器作用引起的氣體有機(jī)物化學(xué)反應(yīng)是在氣相中進(jìn)行的電離、離解、激發(fā)、原子，分子間的相互結(jié)合及加成反應(yīng)。這個(gè)能量足以使大多數(shù)氣態(tài)有機(jī)物中的化學(xué)鍵發(fā)生斷裂，從而使其降解。

從凈化空氣效率考慮，我們選擇了-C波段紫外線(xiàn)和臭氧發(fā)生器結(jié)合電暈電流較高化裝置采用脈沖電暈放吸附技術(shù)相結(jié)合的原理對(duì)有害氣體進(jìn)行，其中-C波段紫外線(xiàn)主要用來(lái)去除、氨、苯、甲苯、、甲醛、、尿烷、樹(shù)脂、等氣體及。

Product characteristics of photo - oxygen exhaust gas purifier;

1. high efficiency deodorization: it can effectively remove volatile organic compounds ( VOC ), inorganic substances, hydrogen sulfide, ammonia, mercaptans and other major pollutants, as well as all kinds of malodor, the deodorization efficiency can reach more than 99 %, the deodorization effect is much more than the national malodor pollutant discharge standard promulgated in 1993 ( gb14554 - 93 ).


2. no substances need to be added: only the corresponding exhaust pipeline and exhaust power need to be set, so that the malodorous gas can be deodorized, decomed and purified through the equipment, and no substances need to be added to participate in chemical reaction.

3. strong adaptability: it can adapt to the deodorization and purification treatment of high concentration, air volume and different malodorous gas substances, can work continuously 24 hours a day, and has stable and reliable operation.


4. low operation cost: the equipment has no mechanical action, no noise, no need of personnel management and daily maintenance, only needs to be checked regularly, and the energy consumption of the equipment is low ( power consumption is only about 0.2 degrees per 1000 cubic meters / hour per treatment ), the wind resistance of the equipment is extremely low < 50 pa, and a large amount of exhaust power energy consumption can be sed.

5. no pretreatment is required: the odor gas does not need special pretreatment, such as heating, humidification and the like, the working environment temperature of the equipment is between - 30 deg c and 95 deg c, the humidity is between 30 percent and 98 percent, and the ph value is between 2 percent and 13 percent.

6. the equipment covers an area of less than 1 m2 / 10,000 m3 / h air volume, which is suitable for special conditions such as compact layout and narrow site.

7. manufacture of high quality imported materials: high fire and corrosion resistance, stable performance and long service life.

The photo-oxygen exhaust gas purifier decomes oxygen molecules in the air by using high-energy and high-ozone UV light beams to generate free oxygen, namely active oxygen, which needs to be combined with oxygen molecules due to the imbalance of itive and negative electrons carried by the free oxygen, thereby generating ozone.

There is enough energy to generate free radicals to initiate a series of complex physical and chemical reactions. The gas organic chemical reaction caused by the action of ozone generator is ionization, dissociation, excitation, atomic, intermolecular bonding and addition reaction in the gas phase. This energy is sufficient to break chemical bonds in most gaseous organics and degrade them.

In view of air purification efficiency, we chose - c - band ultriolet and ozone generator combined corona current higher device to eliminate harmful gases, which - c - band ultriolet is mainly used to remove hydrogen sulfide, ammonia, benzene, toluene, xylene, formaldehyde, acetone, urethane, resin, and other gases and sterilization.
