（4）時間繼電器的處理時間繼電器除了有延時動作的觸點外，還有在線圈通電瞬間接通的瞬動觸點。在梯形圖中，可以在定時器的線圈兩端并聯(lián)存儲器位的線圈，它的觸點相當(dāng)于定時器的瞬動觸點。
（5）設(shè)置中間單元，在梯形圖中，若多個線圈都受某一觸點串并聯(lián)電路的控制。為了簡化電路，在梯形圖中可以設(shè)置中間單元，即用該電路來控制某存儲位，在各線圈的控制電路中使用其常開觸點。
（6）設(shè)立外部互鎖電路，由于軟件動作時間原因，即使在梯形圖已經(jīng)完成互鎖，為確保不同時動作，還要在plc外部設(shè)置硬件聯(lián)鎖電路。
（7）外部負(fù)載的額定電壓，plc雙向晶閘管輸出模塊一般只能驅(qū)動額定電壓ac220v的負(fù)載，系統(tǒng)交流接觸器應(yīng)換成220v電壓的線圈。
2.3 電機(jī)星角啟動轉(zhuǎn)換案例
以三相異步電動機(jī)星三角起動為例，示范具體轉(zhuǎn)換過程以及典型問題的處理。星三角起動繼電器控制電路原理圖如圖1（a）圖所示。plc系統(tǒng)i/o分配方案如下：輸入sb1對應(yīng)x1，sb2對應(yīng)x2，輸出km1、km2、km3分別對應(yīng)y1、y2、y3。根據(jù)上述提供的方法以及注意事項得到plc梯形圖如圖1（b）圖所示。
由圖中可以看出，采用梯形圖可以適當(dāng)設(shè)置中間環(huán)節(jié)（輔助繼電器m1），以使程序更加簡潔；元器件使用沒有數(shù)量限制，通斷狀態(tài)也不構(gòu)成硬件成本，所以梯形圖設(shè)計中定時器t0一直保持通電狀態(tài)；對于km1（y1）與km2（y2）除了進(jìn)行梯形圖互鎖之外還要進(jìn)行硬件聯(lián)鎖，以確保其不同時導(dǎo)通。
